Hello, I am a 21 year old male that weighs 166 pounds and is 5'8. About a year ago, I decided to live a healthier life style. Not working out but healthier; walking to work (1.7 miles overnights at Walmart, drinking plenty of water, and just being more active. Within the year I went from nearly 200 pounds to my weight today, but my issue is finding a regimen that would remove my side and stomach fat. Any work out ideas or diet plans?
